Hi Speed Web Paper Sheeter is developed from overseas design. In comparison, same type of machine, it saves power by about 50%. Whole machine needs one operator only. For high production and accurate sheeting, so around half a year you may earn back your total investment.
Advantages:
1. Developed whole mechanical structure. Running wearing shaft's mortality factor is less than 0.5%. Mechanical speed: 300 m/min. Rotary cutting speed: 400 m/min. Sheeting accuracy (cross corner): +/- 0.3 mm.
2. Unwinding station: 2 or 4 unwinders. Shaftless design + pneumatic driving + push button operation.
3. Control system: Central CPU employed German Semens PLC + Japanese encoder and Yaskawa AC servo drive + Taiwan Cermate MMI (man machine interface).
